Research
Two reports laid the foundation. Interviews with people actively shopping for a mortgage surfaced where the journey helped, confused, or stalled them. A page-by-page audit of the existing site showed where the structure broke. Together they defined the scope of the redesign.
Design direction
A visual language built around the moment customers care most about: the home itself. Photography led, type quietly confident, colour used sparingly. Direction below.
